Just like the Grecale, the Mediterranean wind that blows from the north-east, the restaurant also carries stories of the sea, evoking sensations of saltiness and wind that come to life in our dishes.
We have a very important bond with the area that surrounds us, which we try to bring to the table in the form of knowledge and flavours, so as to transform the holiday into an experience.
We are open all year round and, depending on the period, at the “Il Grecale” restaurant you can appreciate the fish from the Vigata marina (Porto Empedocle), the grapes and almonds from the Valley of the Temples with the DOP “Diodoros” brand, the pistachio from Bronte, vegetables from Ragusa, olives from Belice and ancient grains.
These are the ingredients for our dishes that reinterpret tradition with a touch of creativity.
