La Corte dell’Abate

The refined La Corte dell’Abate restaurant is located in the historic space of the ancient cellars of the Santa Anastasia Abbey, where the friars once kept the wine in the traditional barrel rooms.

La Corte dell’Abbate is a gourmet expression of authentic Sicilian tradition, rich in cultural and historical suggestions and contaminations, which has its roots in the Monsù cuisine. This corner steeped in an infinite history to be savoured, where culinary art is inserted in a context of great charm, is able to accommodate up to 120 guests. Inside, the Corte dell’Abbate unfolds on two levels. From the upper one, framed by ancient arches, you can admire the magnificence of the ancient barrel cellars on the floor below.

An enchanting setting that lends itself well to framing magical events and providing unforgettable moments. In periods of mild climate, the intimate and evocative external area of the drink house, capable of hosting around 60 guests, offers the opportunity to enjoy an elegant and romantic dinner in a context with a strong charm, unique in its kind.
