The restaurant has a long family tradition behind it: Serafina and Giuseppe Grammatico opened the first restaurant in Castelluzzo at the end of the seventies. They offer traditional dishes (including an excellent “old-fashioned” pizza, cooked in a wood-fired oven), which come from local 0 km products: their cuisine is immediately a guarantee of a tasty and healthy diet.
Even today, his son Antonino (who grew up in the kitchen of his parents’ restaurant and with important experience in local and national cuisines behind him) composes a menu that follows the seasons, and changes according to the market offers, for a typical quality cuisine, which winks at creative reinterpretations in a modern key.
Generally based on fish, the restaurant offers typical dishes from the Trapani area, influenced by all the cuisine of the Mediterranean area and its numerous influences, which the chef translates with imagination and authenticity. Among the specialties: fish couscous, sea-scented trenette, busiate alla norma. The pasta is strictly homemade, as are the desserts, truly delicious.
The wine list includes a careful choice of local and regional labels.
In the summer you can have lunch and dinner outdoors, surrounded by the pleasant garden, while in other periods of the year the dishes are served in the lounge, welcoming as only authentic Sicilian houses can be.
The structure is also suitable for conferences, meetings, private parties and special events.
The restaurant is open every day, day and evening. In the winter the pizzeria service is reserved for weekends, for dinner. Reservation is welcome.
