Gjmàla is the only Italian company to produce and transform the White Gold of the Desert, Dromedary milk.
In the village of Trecastagni, respecting nature, which grows lush and green, far from the noise of the cities, and cheered only by the music of the wind that moves the foliage of the trees, illuminated by a sun that shines all year round, majestic Dromedaries, they graze, rest, and roll on the black earth, that land that is so arid, but capable of giving life to brooms and prickly pears.
