The Stallaini farmhouse is immersed in the Mediterranean landscape of the Sicilian countryside, in the area of Noto in the province of Syracuse, just 3 km from the Cavagrande del Cassibile nature reserve. The structure resides inside a former abandoned quarry transformed into an open-air sculptural workshop.
Inside the Educational Farm you can visit the vegetable garden and learn about the typical plants of the area, the transformation process from wheat grain to bread and the harvest. Furthermore, you can take part in sculpture workshops and, like little archaeologists, discover traces of the past by visiting the archaeological area inside the farmhouse.
